The location was peaceful, near lake shore, public transport and the Lake for a wonderful refreshing swim, in a very nice area. I was happy to find Beach Brasserie, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel and served nice food.
The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

Marvellous and lovely location to Taupo Hot Springs. Positioned in the crowded area, right by the long beach and walkway, and a picturesque.

This property was clean and stunningly beautiful! The location was quiet, for example, Kayaking was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a shopping area.

Incredible and perfectly comfortable location in Taupo, adjacent to the lake Taupo, the beach and interlock walkway, and quiet bays. Beautifully presented unit with a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges. The really caring and attentive staff and their quick responses to my needs.

All in all everything was really good, had a special stay as in the period of our visit. The setting of hotel was magnificent and very pretty, on the shore of Lake Taupo: )

Unique place to stay with super friendly staff. Particularly good location, excellant area, right by Taupo, right on the lake, Lake Taupo town centre and bicycle ride. The beer bar onsite.

The room at Cottage Mews Motel was cozy and had a lovely backyard with chairs and a parasol. The highlight was definitely the hot tub in the room, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. The owners were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The view of the lake from the lounge and courtyard was exceptional. I had a homely and warm experience during my stay.
The lack of a curtain over the kitchen window, as the outside light and passing cars could be a bit distracting.

Totally easy. Helpful operators. Adequate kitchen equip. Spa in room watching TV was a 1st for us :)
The only improvement I can suggest is the spa lavender smelled like toilet cleaner..try another brand. Best of luck.We enjoyed our stay.
